JitterJam has embedded work assignment capabilities to enable you to instantly assign a conversation to another user within the system. You can mark the conversation as high risk, assign it as a “To Do” or archive the message (to “save” it for easy access outside of the main work stream), include notes and append a user name and date/time stamp when you assign the conversation to another person. When you assign the conversation to another user, that user receives and email notification of the assignment and a direct link to the conversation. You can be assured that the right person is alerted to a particular message and can immediately act upon it; with JitterJam, each conversation is immediately actionable—including the assignment of tasks to another user.
